Amber began her career as a Registered Nurse after graduating from University of St. Francis with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 2016. Her love for children carried over to her career path where she started working at Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (now known as Shirley Ryan Ability Lab) soon after graduation where she specialized in pediatrics. Aspiring to advance her skill set as a nurse, she began working in the cardiac intensive care unit at Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. Amber is also a CPR/BLS instructor for patients & family members in the hospital. Amber is very dedicated to her profession and also extremely passionate about teaching. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring Chicago, and hanging out with her French bulldog puppy, Benny.
